What a sweet place to eat! It has all the delicate, small-town charm you would expect from a place called Pea-fections. The speed of the service blew my mind as well as the Hallmark-like warmth I received at the door and at the table. The food was delicious and definitely won't break the bank. Glad I stopped here on my visit!
I stopped for a late lunch and was concerned that they had a limited menu after 2 pm. However, there was no reason to be concerned. Their chicken salad sandwich was outstanding, and the Tuscan chicken soup was as well. The service was top-notch, too.
The price for the soup is very decent for a bowl of sweetcorn crab chowder, very creamy. Ambiance is really cool in the inside

Upon our arrival, we were welcome by Becky, the owner. She made us feel right at home with her warm smile and friendly talk. We were rapidly seated, our waiter was very cordial and brought our food rather quickly. We ordered the crab and potato chowder, the chicken salad, the chicken bacon wrap pitta and the veggie pit. Everything was delicious! We ended up buying more of the chowder to take home, it was just so delicious. We live in Virginia and was just visiting family in Vincennes but we'll make sure we'll visit Peafection next time we're in town. It's hard to find a restaurant were everyone makes you feel so welcome and the food is so good. We highly recommend it.
The food was great! My only complaint is could use more mayo but that’s my personal tastes. The tomato basil was incredibly flavorful and tasted house made, not canned. The salads were full and satisfying. Even the side salad had multiple ingredients. The server was attentive and polite! I recommend it and will return many times
